Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please have pictures of your damaged product available when speaking with the customer support representative. There will be an option of a refund or reship for shipments deemed to have failed. Customer service must be contacted within 14 days of your order’s delivery to be eligible for a refund or reship.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of the product due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft. We’re not able to change the address or cancel an order once the order has been processed. Please ensure that you or your gift recipient will be present on the arrival day. We are not liable for lost or thawed products resulting from a customer changing the pickup location to a UPS access point, UPS Store or any other delivery address during the shipping process.
