Kluski śląskie are round dumplings made by mixing boiled mashed potatoes with potato starch flour, water, eggs and salt. As traditionally done, they are formed with a circular impression at each dumpling’s center. Kluski are boiled and best served with a topping of melted butter, fried onion, or a simple gravy. In Poland, they are often served as a side dish to a meat-based entrée.
